Desktop Widgets

For those who want to run your favorite widget on the desktop, we have created DeskbarStudio with a special widget feature.

Run widgets on the desktop and they will not disappear when you close the browser. As long as your Deskbar is installed, Widgets will remain available from the desktop.

Flash driven desktop widgets launch from Deskbar buttons to deliver Flash, video and interactive animation, and other media presentations.

How to include desktop Widgets

Flash widgets can be incorporated into Deskbar using flash windows mechanism. Deskbar use this mechanism to display flash-designed windows.

You may define Flash Window in <WEBJUMP> tag as follows :

<WEBJUMP name="newcommand1" href=http://yourdeskbar/somepage.html newbrowserwindow=flash_window" flash_type="system_flash_window"/>

And define your parameters for this Flash-window as :

This way, it will act as a Widget that can show Flash animations, Videos, On-Line Weather, Stock Quotes, Real-Time News,etc.
